Tim Jamieson, former University of Missouri head baseball coach, is Director of Program Development for University of Missouri athletics. 

In his own words: "I think it [leadership education] starts with self-awareness and learning to self-lead. Then creating an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership and how to be part of a team will be beneficial to them professionally but also in their personal lives.
