Scott Meyer M.Ed, MPH, head coach of USA Wheelchair Basketball, enjoys teaching Novak classes for the opportunity to work with students who are motivated to grow and challenge themselves.

In his own words: “I value creating an environment where leadership concepts are not just discussed, but applied. Where students can connect what they're learning to real situations and begin to understand how their decisions impact others. It's especially rewarding to see students gain confidence in their ability to communicate clearly, take responsibility, and lead with purpose. Being part of that development process, and helping students build skills they can carry into any path they choose, is what makes the experience meaningful for me.”
