John Hamilton, executive director of Lead4Change, has a diverse background working in the public, non-profit and for-profit sectors. Hamilton loves that the Novak courses and principles are real-world based lessons to be learned, often through story. It makes it so easy to connect the dots for others and their learnings feel immediately applicable. 

In his own words: "They will be "doing" leadership the rest of their lives. While their careers will start and stop, change and pivot, grow and shrink in capacity -- they will always be around others that need to be led in their families, neighborhoods, communities, and in the things they give their lives to. Leadership education is the most essential type of learning."
