Holly McKee, is the Assistant Athletics Director for Olympic Sports Nutrition. McKee is a registered Dietitian and holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's of Science in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University- Chicago. Her main goal is providing nutrition education to University of Missouri athletes. 

In her own words: "Leadership education is important because it helps both myself and others move beyond just learning content to understanding how to apply it, communicate effectively, and work with others. It gives us tools to make decisions, handle challenges, and lead with confidence, whether that’s in the classroom, on a team, or in their future careers.  Overall, I think leadership classes with the Novak Leadership Institute helps students be intentional about how they show up every day and to see leadership as something they practice, not just a title they hold.
