Eryca Neville is the Principal of Fredrick Douglas High School in Columbia, Missouri. Neville holds a BSBA Economics, BSBA Marketing, MEd Curriculum and Instruction, EdSp Educational Administration and a PhD Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri. She has served as an Educational Consultant with A Brighter Day Therapeutic Services, Houston, TX and provided business and educational consulting through Walker, Neville, and Associates LLC.

In addition to her roles with Columbia Public Schools and as a consultant, she currently serves on the board of the following organizations: Heart of Missouri United Way, Stephens College, The Missouri Symphony, Heart of Missouri CASA, Boone County Democratic Committee, Tierlock, LLC and the Flourish Initiative.  Eryca has been recognized as a NAACP Outstanding Educator, Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, and as the 2022 recipient of the ATHENA International Leadership Award.  She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Links, Incorporated.
