Chad Follis, Ed.D., is director of the Civic Leaders Internship Program (CLIP), which operates state government and nonprofit internship programs that provide personalized experiences for MU undergraduates. 

In his own words: “Leadership education allows students to grow their personal skills and build a portfolio of resources to use throughout their career. Expanding the understanding of how leaders think, act, make decisions and manage difficult situations gives students knowledge to grow society and solve problems.”
