Ashley Dodson, CPA, is coordinator of Mizzou 101, a course focused on facilitating the transition of first-year students into Mizzou. She enjoys helping students learn and grow. 

In her own words: “Leadership education is important because it helps students recognize and reflect on the inherent worth and value of their peers, and encourages them to work together toward shared goals that positively impact their communities. Leadership education challenges students to grow and stretch while in an environment that helps shape them for future meaningful contributions to society.”
